We use light and creamy Buttercream frosting made with high quality butter and pure vegetable shortening. Our cake is All Butter Pound Cake available in a variety of flavors:

  • White, Chocolate or Chocolate Marble
  • Strawberry or Strawberry Marble
  • Black Forest, Spice, Lemon and Almond
  • Cheesecake - see flavors below
  • Cherry or Cherry Marble
  • Raspberry Marble
  • Carrot Cake
  • Raspberry
  • Almond

If you have a cake with more than one tier, you might choose a different flavor in each layer.

  • All Butter Pound Cake
    (all flavors, round and square)............... ...... $2.50 per serving
  • All Butter Pound Cake
    (heart shaped layers)................. ….................$2.60 per serving
  • Carrot Cake
    (round) …........................................................ $3.00 per serving
  • Carrot Cake
    (square & heart) …......................................... $3.25 per serving
  • Cheesecake
    (available upon request) ...............................$4.00 per serving
    Flavors include: Plain, Chocolate Swirl, Cherry Swirl,  Black Forest,  New York Style, Creamside, Almond, German Chocolate, Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter or Strawberry Swirl Praline.
  • Beautiful Basics are $2.20 per serving. Available in round layers and in the full variety of Butter Pound Cake flavors. More economical; designs are limited; only the top layer is raised on pillars.

PILLARS, GLASSES, BRIDGES, STEPS & FOUNTAINS

Pillars:

  • 1 set - 3" or 5" ...........................................… $ 15.00 deposit
    ($10.00 refund when returned)

  • 2 sets - 3" to 5" ..................................…......... $25.00 deposit
    ($15.00 refund when returned)

  • Tall Pillars ...................................................… $35.00 deposit
    ($30.00 refund when returned)

Champagne Glasses:

  • 1 set ….......................................................... $25.00 deposit
    ($15.00 refund when returned)

  • 2 sets........................................................................... $45.00 deposit
    ($25.00 refund when returned)

You may use your own glasses.
There is a charge of $10.00 per set to install.

  

Bridges:

$12.00 per set, no refund.
Brides maids on bridges - $2.25 each.
Flowers and bows on bridges - $5.00 each.

Steps:

Certain styles are available with steps.

Fountains:

  • Water …......................................................... $60.00 deposit
    ($30.00 refund when returned in good condition)

NOTE: When a fountain is rented a set of tall pillars must be rented also.

If your bottom layer is bigger than 16" -  there is an additional $20.00 deposit on the board, which is refunded.

Important Notes

  • Cake tops can be purchased from us or you can use your own.
  • You can bring in a picture for a price.
  • Delivery is additional depending on distance.  Cakes are delivered 1 - 2 hours before reception starts unless otherwise specified.
  • Orders are taken by appointment only at our Clinton Street location. You can order as far in advance as you like, please allow three weeks until delivery.
  • When choosing Custom Order Cakes, there may be an additional charge for pearls, basket weave, exotic flowers, or intricate boarders.
  • Wedding cake samples are available upon request.
  • Pastry trays and cookie trays are available.
